Who qualifies

Any Illinois contractor or installer with a current business license. We also approve interior designers + architects with active studio addresses, and churches / non-profits with 501(c)(3) status (separate tax-exempt flow).

What changes day one

Trade pricing. 15–22% off retail. Some lots have additional volume tiers — your rep flags those when stock comes in.

Net-30 terms. Unlock after two paid orders. Default for high-volume accounts.

Dedicated rep. Same person on your account from quote to delivery. No call center — direct cell number.

Jobsite delivery. Schiller Park + Bridgeview both run trucks to Chicagoland sites. No minimum order for trade accounts (homeowners pay shipping above small orders).

The resale cert workflow

If you have Illinois Certificate of Resale + Form CRT-61, you can buy tax-exempt. Process:

1. Fill out the trade application

2. Include your cert number and expiration date in the form

3. Or email a scan to your rep after submitting

4. Our office files it in QuickBooks — you start buying tax-exempt on your next order

We track expiration dates — when your cert approaches renewal, your rep reaches out so there's no break.

Church / non-profit

Same tax-exempt flow, different docs. You provide IRS 501(c)(3) determination letter + Illinois sales tax exemption. We file the same way.
